Registration for Attendance

Registration Dead line: Nov 20, 2023.

Outline of the registration:

1. Pay your registration fee using the Event Pay system.
   (Credit card is required for payment from abroad.)
2. Proceed registration process on this site.
   (It requires the "Application Number" written in the confirmation email from Event Pay.)
3. Banquet (18:50-20:20, Dec 7 at a room next to the conference hall) registration is independently accepted on Event Pay.
   (No additional procedure is needed on this site.)
4. On-site registration is not acceptable. Please finish registration for attendance and banquet by the due date.

Detail of the registration:

1. Pay your registration fee at the payment page on the Event Pay system.
   • We regret that the system is mainly written in Japanese.
   • We wish Payment Guide for non-Japanese speakers (pdf) helps you.
   • Registration of only one person is possible at once.
   • If you select more than one person, you can not proceed the registration process.
   • Details of memberships and amount of payment is described below on this page.
   • "申込番号 Application Number" written in the confirmation email is required to proceed the registration on this site.
   • Registration Fee Payment site on Event Pay system is here.
2. Then, proceed the registration process on this site.
   • Create an account for ICSPM31 registration system if not done yet.
   • If you submit any papers to the colloquium, the same account should be used.
   • An access password will be sent to the registered email address.
   • Login to the system and send the registration form.
   • If you do not remenber your access password, request sending a new password.
   • Cookie acceptance must be enabled in your browser's setting.
3. Registration for the Banquet is independently accepted.
   • Banquet is held 18:50-20:20, Dec 7 at a room next to the conference hall.
   • Please pay the Banquet Fee on the Event Pay system.
   • No further process is needed on this site.

Registration Fees

• The registration fee covers admission to the colloquium, a copy of the online abstract book and the consumption tax. It does not include accommodation fee. Participants are responsible for arranging their own accommodations.
