All the presentations are presented face to face in Hotel Monterey Edelhof Sapporo. Online perticipation is not possible.
Invited and oral presentations, and the exhibition by the sponsors are presented in Hall A (Lucerna) and Hall B (Berg), in parallel.
Poster presentations are presented in the Wagner room.
Luncheon seminars by the sponsors are scheduled on the first and second days.
Short presentations by the exhibitors are made between the oral sessions.
The Banquet is held in the Belvedere room on the 13rd floor.

Speakers can use a digital projector for PC with HDMI or VGA connection. The aspect ratio of the projector is 4:3. Please prepare for any video connection adapter if needed. It is not provided by the conference.
Each poster board is 90 cm in width and 210 cm in height. Push pins for mounting posters are provided in the room.
Your poster should be removed at the end of the session. We are not responsible for the posters left on the board after the session.
