さらに、FPGA のロードまで Linux の起動後に行うようにすれば、 Linux のリブートの必要なくロジックの書き換え＆利用が可能になります。

dtbocfg のビルド †

ビルドにカーネルソースを必要とするので、PetaLinux のクロスコンパイル環境を 使ってビルドしました。
