Registration for Attendance

Registration Dead line: Nov 26, 2015.
Payment Dead line: Nov 30, 2015.

      Registration was closed.

Procedure of registration:

1. Create an account for ICSPM23 registration system if not done yet.
   An access password will be sent to the registered email address.
2. Login to the system and send the registration form.
3. Pay your registration fee, which including the accomodation fee, via bank transfer.
4. You can change the registred information as many times as you want, until the deadline.
5. If you do not remenber your access password, request sending a new password.
6. Cookie acceptance must be enabled in your browser's setting.

Registration Fees

Registration fee covers: admission to the colloquim, a copy of the abstract book, a copy of proceeding, two nights stay and meals during the conference, banquet, refreshments during breaks.

In accordance with the Japanese traditional style at a hot spa resort, hotel rooms will be shared by several people. If you have friends with whom you want to share the room, write the friends' names in the comment field of the registration form.

No refund will be made.

Bank Transfer

Payment Dead line: Nov 30, 2015.

Registration fee should be sent by a bank transfer in Japanese yen using the name of each participant.
