Oral presentations and discussions about them are made on an online conference system, Zoom.

Poster presentations are made in the oVice virtual poster room, where you can look around the poster PDFs and scientific exhibitions with enjoyining vocal communications with other attendees of the conference. The details are announced here.

Look for this page to find how to connect the Zoom session room.

• Please join the session meeting at least 10 minutes before the scheduled you presentation.
• The session chair will indicate when it is your turn to present, by briefly introducing you. You can start sharing your screen and give your presentation. Make sure that your webcam is enabled and your microphone is unmuted.
• There will be a timekeeper signaling bells for each session. The timekeeper will ring the bell three times during the presentation: at 20 min, 25 min, 30 min passed for invited presentations, and at 5 min, 10 min, 15 min passed for paper presentations.
