Excursion
Conference excursion brings you to Noboribetsu-Onsen, one of the most popular hot spring resorts in Japan. Of course, you can enjoy bathing in the hot spring during the excursion. There are also several popular sightseeing spots near the Noboribetsu-Onsen. The most popular one is called as Jigoku-dani, that means Hell Valley.
Excursion is free for the attendee of the conference. However, you are requested to register for attending excursion at the online registration site in advance.
For accompanying person, the excursion fee is 5,000 yen.
Banquet
Conference banquet is held at Northern Horse Park. In addition to good sea food and Sake/wine/beer of Sapporo, Bon-odori (Japanese traditional dance party) is planned as an attraction. Live music with Japanese drums and flutes, and instruction for how to dance Bon-odori will be provided.
Banquet fee is 10,000 yen for one person. You are requested to register at the online registration site in advance.
