The conference site is about one hour from New Chitose Airport, which has regular direct international flights to Seoul, Shenyang, Shang Hai, Sakhalinskie, Honolulu, and Guam, with domestic flights to Japan's main international airports at Narita, Haneda, and Kansai as well as other regional airports.
